Russian company to build 643 mln rbl fish plant in Far East

PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, Nov 17 (PRIME) -- Russian company Gorod 415 plans to construct a 643.3 million ruble fish processing plant in the Far Eastern advanced development territory Kamchatka together with Korea Trading & Industries Co., LTD, an official at the Far East Development Corporation told PRIME on Thursday.

The plant will produce ready-made products and canned fish, its production capacity is to amount to 10,000 tonnes per year, and its launch is scheduled for January–March 2018.

“Participation of the South Korean partner will allow the company to finish construction on time and to fit the plant with modern technological equipment for production of ready-made products and tin containers,” the statement read.

Gorod 415 will take raw products from its own resource base, the corporation said.
